Mr. Joseph Thomas (CEO)
manages ELGIVA's operations. He has over 20 years of multi
faceted senior level work experience with some of the
top and largest corporations of the country such as M/s.
Grasim Industries Ltd. (Aditya Birla Group) and ACC. He
has headed operations as a General Manager and as Vice
President for over 7 years. He holds a Master's Degree
in Business Administration (MBA) from an Internationally
acclaimed Business School of Management.

The spirit of ELGIVA has been largely defined and tempered
by an experienced team of highly motivated and skilled
Managers, Vertical Leads, Consultants/Resource Associates
and Head Hunters, some of them possessing over 8 to 10
years of experience in their respective fields of specialization
. Our separate IT recruitment wing is headed by Mr.
Hemanth Kumar BE Electronics and communications
(REC Warangal) 1988 batch.

has an advertising background, Where she worked with leading
agencies like JWT and Rediffusion. Prior to joining us
she was the Regional Customer Service head of a leading
services company. She comes with over 12yrs of rich management
experience. Vinita heads our Non-IT Division Which is
slated to have approx 250 consultants across the country
by the Year 2009. |
